Image Maintenance

We decided to keep images only for a defined timespan which are:

• three years in the image cloud, which means if the timestamp is older than that
• keep all images six months if a matching feed is not being used in an osa channel

After the expiration the content should be deleted from the image cloud, either via SQL or the publicly available endpoint.
