Preference-based recommendations API. This is part of the effort to create a POC of user-based recommendations (not only image-similarity-based).

With a lot of experiments that didn't work. Then we switched to https://git.picalike.corpex-kunden.de/incubator/recommender-system

And the naive approach algorithm is implemented here as part of an API. This is a work in progress. Due to changes in priorities, development was halted.
