billing2zero
- runs on every frontend as cronjob (currently every 5 minutes)
- files in the billing directory are renamed as filename:timestamp and each entry is sent to zero2queue via zmq

- runs on i01hpc
- entries received via zmq are written into a queue

- entries are read from the queue and stored in the mongoDB
