are created daily at ~ 1:00 CET including all files an databases. Backups are preserved for 14 days. If you need something restored from a backup just send a email to corpex and they will take care of it. A restore of the Wordpress shouldn't take more than an hour, probably less.

And, after ask to backup, it will help if the incident is documented.
